A: As long as the base is the same size or smaller you won’t lose them from falling down. I pre washed before spreading them out since there is a lot of dust in the bag.

A: Not a lot. Roughly 2 - 4sq feet maximum. 2ft nice thickness no dirt peeking through. 3ft if covering dirt in single layer. 4sq feet (max) single layer covering cement (gaps in coverage are less noticeable).

Q: For a depth of 2", using Garden Club white stones, what is the coverage for an 18kg bag. Thanks.

A: "At 1” depth the bag will cover 9 sq ft." This is a really bad answer. You will come up at least 2 bags short of what you need if you plan 9ft. Plan 2 feet for full coverage, 3ft 1" some spots. Can stretch to 4ft with more gaps if covering similar covered surface like cement.
