Wrong Cable Included

Packaging states that it includes a cable for charging and a cable for connecting devices to charge. It actually included two of the cable for charging the unit and no cable to charge devices.

Awesome product!

I bought this warmer 2 years ago for the full price. It claims it lasts for a few hours, I had no problem getting all the heat it mentioned! I've been using this warmer in the cold mornings in the bus and outside while waiting. Been using it for about 30 - 45 minutes per day, and I had no problem it lasting a week on a single charge. It heats up very fast and also doubles as a battery backup!! Definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Works Great

I charged this unit and then tested the time it stayed warm. On Medium setting, it lasted 5 hours. I would give five stars, but there are no instructions packed with the unit. LED flashes orange when charging. LED is solid orange when charged. Green means medium setting. Red means High setting.

According to the product info on line it states up to 5 hours of use, on the package it says up to 3.5 hours. It only comes with a USB charge cable so unless you have a USB port in your auto, you have to buy the power port adapter, another $20 or more. Fully charged, the item and it didn't last for an hour. Product is being returned, inferior product, I'll stick to the one use hand warmers that go for 8-12 hours. Buyer beware.
