Needs Better Packaging

Unfortunately the bag it was in looked like all the other bags of similar faucets around it and the bags are not easy enough to see through. Nor are you able to open the bags up to determine weather or not you have the right one. I ended up with the wrong one and upon trying to go back and make it right I was unable to find anyone with any knowledge on the product. Ended up going to CO-OP to get the one I needed

After the knob on our shower faucet broke I ran to Canadian Tire to see what I could find. This worked exactly for what I needed. It feels very strong quality. I love that it hd the adapter as the it needed to be mounted out a bit.

Get it for free at a plumbing supply store instead!

It didn't fit our tub faucet, it was too small. We ended up going to a plumbing shop & they gave us the proper replacement for free, since Moen warranties their stuff for life! This was with no receipt. Just brought in the broken one & walked out with a new one. Why buy, when you can get it for free?
