Too small for general use. Material clings to oil, so doesn't drip clean like my old one. Haven't bought anything from Canadian Tire in 6 months, and this proves why. Prices are too high in general, poor quality. Not shopping there again.

I found this draining can. It’s a bit too small and not deep enough, so it doesn’t hold much oil. It’s also easy to spill, and I wish it was a bit bigger. The build quality doesn’t feel great.

Q: How do you clean it? After I am done my oil/differential/etc. fluid change, and poured the used fluid into a sealed container, how do I clean the pan responsibly so that it is not staining everything and stinking up my basement and also not sending oil down the drain?

A: My best guess is mild liquid soap and dry the can or try those solution for cleaning greasy fluid but it cost you and mind the safety when using it.

A: Thanks for your interest. Full size of this round tray is 14.5" x 14.5" x 4.5" so you'll see the diameter at about 14.5" (36.8 cm) at it's widest point.
