Q: Can you watch DVD while car in motion ? If not where can I find by pass and is there a part number for said bypass
7 years agoA: For safety reasons, video images cannot be viewed while your vehicle is in motion. To view video images, stop in a safe place and apply the parking brake.

7 years agoA: a. We need to know more about the vehicle i. This is a Sierra 1500 – Yes / No ii. Pick up Crew cab? iii. Extended cab? iv. Standard cab? b. Based on the missing information this is what we can find out: You'll need to cut out the metal rear support bracket to make room for your new stereo. 2nd question, yes it will play CDs as well as DVDs

Q: Is it possible to use voice dialing on the phone connected with Bluetooth? I have not been able to get that to work. I have an iPhone 6 Plus and when you hold down the home button it makes the beep over the car speakers, but when you say to call a contact it just closes itself and nothing happens.

Q: Can this be used as a rear view view camera monitor?
8 years agoA: Yes the Pioneer AVH-291BT can be used with a backup camera. In fact there is a dedicated composite video input for a backup camera which will turn on when the transmission is shifted to reverse.
