Q: I have a 200 watt amplifier will they be able to handle that?

1 Answer

A: Proper adjustment of any amplifier is suggested to accommodate the speaker replacement. Each speaker in this pair is rated to handle 200W maximum, but 30Wrms is the rated power handling for full range response. If the amplifier has a high pass crossover switch it is recommended to be turned on, as this will increase the power handling capability of the speakers significantly. For higher volumes and low bass response a subwoofer is the recommended solution. Several models and sizes are available to provide a range of possibilities that suit most vehicle installations
