A: I'm sorry but this is the absolute worst bug zapper I've ever bought. This thing "might" work if you're trying to zap "very" tiny flies or mosquitos, but I bought this to get rid of regular size house flies and wasps and of the hundred or so I tried to zap over a week, only one fly was zapped, and only because it got stuck between the grid wires. The Grid space between the inner hot screen and the outer screen is too wide for anything other than a mosquito to make contact. Don't waste your money.
