Terrible for long beards.

This trimmer is not recommended if you have a long beard. They seemed to have focused more on the vacuum part of the trimmer versus the cutting. I had to pass over the same area several times to get it to the desired short length. Took over half an hour to trim my beard.

This is my third unit. It is a fine piece of eguipment. However, the unit blade component comes out with the top unit and each time one of the two side notched pins have broken? This will be my third unit I have not quit on it yet...............

I bought this for my husband as his old Philips shaver was not performing well, as it was 20 years old. His old shaver had a veccum so I decided to replace it with a more modern one but still with the vacuum. To say he was pleased is a bit of an understatement. He says this is as good as the old one & the vacuum just as good. I was a bit concerned as I had read reviews that said the vacuum was not very good, but my husband has said it is just as good as his old one. An excellent buy.
