Coffee is OK, grinder stopped working after 1.5 yr

This is a very simplistic superauto. It makes reasonable drinks for the few simple features that it has. The milk foaming is pretty straight forward. Two stars because after 1.5 yr I received Error code #2, which has no resolution in the user guide. It was pretty obvious that the grinder is at fault (bypass still works). There were no steps provided to resolve the issue.

MY BEST ESPRESSO MACHINE

Easy to use and produce great variation of coffee in a touch of the button. Customize coffee as your own taste from aroma strength, volume of coffee and volume of milk for your Latte Macchiato and Cappuccino. My wife and children loves it very much. Truly this is a great product and will recommend to my family and friends.

Love the machine; maintenance is complicated

The normal operation of the machine, and the drinks it makes, are great. Love it! The maintenance is complicate. User guide, videos, and actual machine guidance are not consistent, eg for descaling. The maintenance of the machine is not inexpensive.

Je suis extrêmement déçu du rapport qualité prix du produit. Après seulement 17 mois, il y a eu une défectuosité mécanique que la garantie ne couvre plus étant donné que le délai de douze mois est passé. Un produit d’un tel prix doit être en mesure de fonctionner plus de 17 mois sans briser.
