    Strap broke after a couple months

    I used this bag for only about two months and a strap ripped. I contacted the Petunia Pickle Bottom Instagram account and they were no help. They told me that because I didn't have my receipt anymore they couldn't even send me a replacement strap. I loved the bag so of course I didn't keep my receipt. Super disappointed and don't think I'll buy from this brand again.

    My kids are older than needing a diaper bag, however this is incredibly versatile! I use this as my everyday carry bag. I keep first aid, wallet, and a few emergency supplies.
