Dog had the top portion chewed off after 2 uses. 3 stars because the plastic didn't break, just bent so she didn't get shards in her mouth and the rest still works fine

The round covers "rings" that allow the doors to open break easily and only lasted 2 uses before they were all bent and unusable. We got this for our 11lb pup after her spay as an activity, the slightest pressure and the plastic failed.
