Clumsy

Loud, heavy, clumsy to operate and constantly has suction issues. We spend more time troubleshooting than vacuuming. Very poor product.

Only useful first few months, wears out fast

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought from Canadian Tire, worked well for a few months, and that's all. Replacement filters are expensive. The seals are loose (?) and it just sprays dirt out as you push it along, like a lawnmower without a bag. The handle, cannister latch, etc , are made from brittle plastic that breaks easily. The hoses also disintegrate easily and even duct tape doesn't help. All it does is leave the parallel lines on your carpet so it looks like maybe it is cleaner, but it also redistributes the dirt as it goes. It is disgusting.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Heavy

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We were surprised by how heavy it is, my elderly parents couldn't manage it. It does a decent job and is powerful but the hose is quite short so using the attachments is limited. Our power bar is now clicking and rattling and we don't see anything stuck in it, the closest service place is a couple of hours away and for the price, I'm not sure it's worth fixing anyway, but since we've had it less than a year, it is disappointing that it isn't working.

Extremely disappointed

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Everytime i have to vacuum I get heated. I have equal amounts hardwood and carpets. With 2 large dogs I prefer to vacuum a sweeping causes the hair to fly around. This vacuum is notorious for spitting debri out behind it when vacuuming floors causing a bigger mess. The attachments have become pointless. The mini vacuum attachment stopped working shortly after we got it and when we try to use the other attachments there isn't enough suction to make it worth it. Vacuuming with my other vacuum was only a 10min job, with this vacuum my time has doubled because I'm constantly having to go over the same areas. I've had many bissel vacuums throughout the years, but this, by far, has been the biggest disappointment
