It is for professional only, most of the home user won't be able to install the complete set.
All I need is a new cold switch since it is loose. So I returned the complete set.

Q: Why are the Taps hard to turn on and off? The hot and cold taps on my PlumbShop® 2-Handle Tub & Shower, Product #63-3806-6, are difficult to turn on and shut off. I have tried adjusting the plastic sleeve around the spindal but did not help.

A: Having the same issue and my faucet is less than one month old. Contacted peerless, they are sending out a whole new valve assembly. For the time being they suggested I loosen the nut #6 which you can find if you go in to the manual for this item.

Q: shower diversion? can you tell me why the water comes out the shower head when i turn the water on? i even removed the spout so there is no diversion from the spout??? is there a part in the yoke of the rough-in that would divert the water before it hits the spout?
