I bought this on sale for 9.99. 1 hour to go get it 20 mins to install it and it leaked everywhere. Now 1 hour to take it back. should be off the shelf not put on sale.

I bought this set on a whim several years back. Both the showerhead and handshower are still working to this day. It was however quite an ordeal to get it to work right.
At first I had a problem with leaky joints like the other reviewers below me. An examination of the couplings revealed a notable lack of rubber washers. After buying and installing a set, no leaks. Odd that they did not include them.
All 3 settings on both showerheads still work to this day with a simple flick of a thumb. The handshower, inspite the numerous drops that it incurred over years of use, has not broken, leaked or otherwise malfunctioned.
It's a good value and while incredibly cheap looking, this product is surprisingly durable. I'd recommend this to a person who wants functionality over aesthetics.

So Far - So Good

Bought and installed this shower head a few months ago. It is cheaply made and tricky to seal.
Haven't had any leaks or problems with its' performance though.
It looks cheap, but because it works, I am getting another one as a temporary replacement for a much more expensive model I bought at a big box retailer that broke-down after 1 year of use.

Q: All I need is the replacement holder for a hand held shower head. Do you have it and how much is it? Mine broke and there is a universal one I am told. Do you carry it or them, and do they match the chrome shower head and hose? I would really love to know how much they cost, a rough idea.
