Avec a peine 2 ans d'utilisation par un petit couple bien ordinaire pour faire réchauffer les restants de la veille ou pour cuire le popcorn. On est bien loin de la surutilisation ou d'un abus. Maintenant, l'appareil continue de fonctionner meme lorsque la porte est ouverte. Ce qu'il faut savoir c'est qu'il est extremement dangeureux, voire mortel d'etre en contact direct avec le rayonnement du tube a positron d'un micro-onde. Il semble, a la lumiere des commentaires vues sur ce site, que c'est un probleme courant mais j'ai pas vu de campagne de rappel de la compagnie sur le site de Panasonic . Serait-ce un signe d'irresponsabilité corporative de Panasonic? Bref, méfiez-vous!

Normalement, un four à micro-ondes dure au moins cinq ans sans problème. Je suis étonné de lire ses commentaires et de voir que la majorité des gens qui se sont procuré ce modèle mentionne qu'il est fini au bout d'un an. Q: Is it normal for the unit to make a buzzing/humming sound when not in use? We purchased this last week and are very pleased so far.
