Strong, fast, and does the job.

Before buying Paderno hand blender, I had looked around and checked the technical details of many other blenders and for me, Paderno was the winner for sure! I have been using it almost everyday for making gravy, soups, dips, blending some juicy fruits (such as watermelon) and I love it. It comes with a container for blending small amounts. I blend large amounts of food in other pots and pans - even the ones with non-stick surface because it is safe for that. It also comes with a food chopper attachment - that works amazingly well! I chop, garlic, onion, herbs, peppers, tomatoes and some other vegetables to make salsa and chunky soups on a regular basis and the results are excellent! I am very happy with its performance. I already bought it for my son and will recommend it to everyone.

This a very powerful hand blender equal to any task you might imagine and perhaps a few more! A bit heavy in the hand (large motor) compared to some others, but not a problem for operators older than 12. Quiet, quick and relable.

Attachments would not lock on and the machine didnt turn on brand new out of the box :(

I am grateful to receive this Paderno blender to try for my review from Butterly. I got to be very honest, it is a super powerful hand blender, whisk and chopper. I had owned two prior to this one. There is no comparison at all. I had been used it for hot soup, sauce puree, smoothies, fluffing meringue, chopping dry pepper and fresh garlic in my daily cooking. I highly recommend this product. The coolest thing about this blender is it comes in a 2 speed also a twist button on rubber gripping top which allows you to control the speed at your own needs for your cooking, like I attach the whisk which allows me to control it in a gentler speed to get better texture in my cake batter and avoid over whip. I got to mention is it took me no time to whip the 35% cream for my cake icing. The high speed of this powerful blender is the best to make smoothies (it saves me lots of time to blend the fruit and vegetable smoothie in the morning) and puree soup, especially hot soup. Not to mention the brand of my old ones, every time I blend the hot soup, sometimes it stopped due to soup temperature was too high. As well I am much fond of that the handle is made up of nice sturdy rubber material, it grips so well and looks professional. In addition, the blade of this chopper is very sharp, the blade looks very thin and small, I actually don’t expect it will do a great job BUT I am totally wrong, wow it is super sharp and fast, I am amazed how fast it chopped and how even on every chopped pieces. Sincerely the only thing I prefer is if it can come in cordless and chargeable as I am pretty clumsy with a wire hanging around the kitchen counter.
