I bought this a month back and happy to say that it works like a charm, very easy to cut poultry and fish with these shears. As they are detachable, easy to clean as well.
All in all , good for the price!

Good scissors

They are nice and sharp and handle well although they are on the heavy side. If you open them all the way, the blades come apart for easy cleaning and sharpening. I probably wouldn't recommend them if you were using them for a lot of repetitive work as the handle does wear on your finger. So if you have arthritis, you may want to pass. Overall, I'm impressed and happy with them.

Strong all steel construction

Just purchased on sale for $40 and they seem like a steal so far. All stainless steel construction is strong and I hope will last for many years compared to my shears with plastic parts that have broken in the past. My rating is a 4 out of 5 only because I just got the shears and I can't say for certain yet whether they will last but so far I am impressed.
