Q: Is this safe to use in an Instant Pot?
2 years agoA: If you are using the Paderno aluminum cake pan as an inner container, make sure the pan is at least half submersed in liquid/water. Using the pan this way, like a steamer, won't harm the metal but it will become discoloured as minerals in the liquid react with the aluminum.
