Perfect for steaming larger amounts of food or steam then fry meals.

Finally got to use this last night. I have a smaller Paderno steamer that came with my pan set but needed a large one. This is the perfect size for dumpling and pork balls. I can steam them for 10 minutes first, then dump the water, add a bit of oil and fry them to perfection. One less pan to clean Brilliant! The steamer part is easy to clean as is the non-stick frying pan on the bottom. You do need to be careful not to overheat the non-stick fryer as you don't want to damage the coating.
