Lack of service

After pressing the button for customer service at the counter to buy a helium balloon, I waited for probably 10 minutes. No one came. I started walking around looking for someone who worked there and finally found a lady who was walking down the aisle towards me. She saw me, I gave her a wave and then turned back to the counter. I waited a minute then turned to see she wasn’t there. I again started looking down aisles for an employee. I went to the front of the store and found someone who said he would send someone, Finally the same woman who had ignored me showed up, saying she was busy helping someone else. I told her she could have said that she would be right with me. This whole order in the store probably took 25 minutes for me to purchase 1 balloon. Never again.

Horrible! Deflated the next day!

If I could give this zero stars I would. The sales person told me this foil balloon would last for months! This balloon along with the entire bouquet that I bought for my daughter's sweet sixteen party started deflating the very next day! What a disappointment and a waste of money. I will not buy here again.
