Don't buy online...

Give the balloon a 5 but customer service is a ZERO! Purchased this balloon online for my daughters 16th birthday the day before. Got a text telling me it was ready and when I got to the store they had closed due to the power being out. So it was ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS as I couldn't get it until the next day which was her birthday. Was supposed to be a wake up and surprise kind of moment and it was nothing but a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! And then when I went to pick it up, I was treated so rudely by the manager when I tried to tell him what happened. He didn't even care and was very snarky. Won't be going back there again. They forget they aren't the only place around to buy balloons.

No, I do not recommend this product.
