Heats up food beautifully!

This product really surprised me! I got it as a gift and brought it to work to heat some chilli. After 30 - 40 minutes, the chilli was perfectly hot (not "warm"). It's so convenient. A great alternative to walking to the microwave. Very easy to clean too.

Metal Insert Needs a Lid

I love the idea of this! However, I wish the metal insert had a plastic lid with a good seal. That way I could leave the main lunchbox in the office and only pack the metal insert in advance and leave in the fridge.
