Doesn't work

Very disappointed with this product. I received this vacuum sealer for Christmas and I've tried multiple times to get it to work and failed every time. At first it wouldn't vacuum and now it won't even seal. Not worth the hassle and frustration.

A: Good day, This appliance includes 3 adapters that you can use for containers with holes or even plastic bags. Two tubes for these adapters, 60 cm. and one roll of bags. The picture looks like a canister, but it is the roll of bags. It does not come with a canister.
