Shoot turning mechanism sucks

I went to use it today, having used it for a whopping total of 20 mins and noticed the drive shaft had come out of the casing. Luckily, Canadian Tire took it back. Ended up getting a much better Troy Built which is twice as good for $25 less.
Just bought this today. Staff at Canadian Tire said it was ready to go, just put gas. Half an hour later of swearing as to why it wouldn’t start, realized the spark plug wasn’t connected. So, that’s one star lost.
The other is for the shoot turning mechanism. This alone will drive me insane and possibly regret buying it. Could slip out constantly..
No, I do not recommend this product.

starts on first pull...so far excellent at blowing snow easy to use...but it says LED light and there is no light on it........where do i get one............................They thanked me for my review and gave me there Web site in case i had any issues....I had a issue with the unit and now weeks have gone by and have not heard back,,,Not impressed

does the job but very basic

good basic snowblower gets the job done. mine still starts super easy and runs smooth and strong on its 3rd winter using 91 gas. chute adjustment is very basic and can't be fine tuned, and throttle will get iced up occasionally causing over revving or stuck choke. still beats shoveling. overall satisfied with this snowblower
