Poor quality workmanship

I bought the snow blower in December, and after only three uses, the chute direction part fell off. I emailed the company but never received a response. A month later, paint chipped off the bottom of the scoop, revealing rust underneath. I keep it stored in my garage While the engine runs well and starts easily, it’s disappointing that the machine is falling apart after just a month of use and that customer service is unresponsive.

No, I do not recommend this product.

nice unit if they can fix it

Didn't work for more than 5 feet and the auger belt came off. Put it back on and it was off before the blower moved forward. Its out for repair

I love the snowblower. Too bad it took so long to deliver. I had a snow storm that hit that could have been good to have the snow blower.

  • A: Does it actually start then stall? If so, did you release the choke, or maybe the throttle is set too low? If, not, maybe not enough prime or too low choke. Once I forgot to turn on the fuel, which would also cause your problem.
