Poor quality workmanship

I bought the snow blower in December, and after only three uses, the chute direction part fell off. I emailed the company but never received a response. A month later, paint chipped off the bottom of the scoop, revealing rust underneath. I keep it stored in my garage While the engine runs well and starts easily, it’s disappointing that the machine is falling apart after just a month of use and that customer service is unresponsive.

No, I do not recommend this product.

the machine is ok, have to push it as the drive forward is very poor and does not give any assistance in pushing the machine forward. The reverse gear works fine. How do I get this fixed?
