Weak Zipper

We bought this less than a week ago, and after installing a power supply, the zipper burst at the first time sipping it up and now it’s not fixable. We’re highly disappointed and frustrated that it fell apart already.

Heated cushion

The first time I used the cushion the zipper at the back that is used to hold the battery pack in broke. I had no problem exchanging it. The second one has held up better so far after a month of use. As per the other review about charging the cushion; that is not a thing the cushion will only work with a battery pack (not included) plugged in. As per comfort and heating I give both 5 stars. Quality of construction and concerns about durability are why I took 2 stars off

Great heated cushion

I bought this heated cushion last week, I saw it in the weekly flyer. This well designed cushion is easy to charge with your portable charger which my family already have tons of lying around the house. Its perfect for my active outdoor lifestyle, I will bring it to my sons soccer games where I always feel cold sitting on the bleachers, on my camping trips and outdoor nights in the backyard
