Not for Outdoor Use

I’ve been using these Wi-Fi plugs around my house for years and really like them. I currently have about a dozen of the indoor white plugs controlling lamps, lights, and other devices. The app is simple to use and lets me schedule items to turn on and off automatically or control them remotely when I’m away. Call me lazy, but it’s a feature I’ve come to appreciate. The reason for my lower rating isn’t because of the quality of the product itself. When I searched online, this plug appeared as an outdoor plug, which was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, after purchasing it, I noticed the disclaimer stating "Indoor Use Only." Since I specifically needed something for outdoor use, it wasn't suitable for my needs and had to be returned. While I can’t give the product a glowing review since I wasn’t able to use it as intended, I do want to recognize the employee who assisted with my return. Despite it being a busy afternoon, she was professional, friendly, and made the return process quick and hassle-free. Great customer service is always appreciated.
