Batteries, last a long time green light is visible

I bought this and wanted a locator light to use in multiplications.
I put it in my truck’s front windshield and Cary the remote on a neck lanyard, that way I can remotely turn it on to locate my truck without shining a white spotlight so not to scare any Coyotes or other animals when coming back to my truck.
It works way better than I expected; You’re going to leave it out on a Deerstand or someplace in the woods that you’re wanting to locate, make sure you put it inside of a good Ziploc bag, I have a duty one, because it’s water resistant not waterproof. At least that’s what they claim.
The battery lid does have a seal on it, but I’m not going to risk it.
I’m also planning on buying another one and put it on an electronic predator call that I can turn on remotely from distance in case my batteries go dead on my remote call I won’t be able to find it by the sound so I’ll just push the remote button and light it up and then I can walk right to it and pick it up and take it Back to the truck.
I give it a 10 out of 10!

Worked just fine and the price was right

Glad I got these at the price I did because I’m not sure it’s worth 100.00. But I will say that when set up properly and at the right angle while trudging through intense thick brush to my opening, I was easily able to find my way to my tree stand. I actually purchased two of them and also put one at my exit point. I don’t suggest aiming it downwards I suggest aiming at an angle where you’ll be able to see it. The other reason I got it is because I didn’t want markers leading up to my tree stand.

the remote has a great range and the light is visible half a mile away it would be better if it had a white light too.

It’s 300yds total. 150yds away. 150yds max elevation. Come on man… if you can’t get within 150yds of your stand without this then you prob shouldn’t be climbing ladders at all.

Box Opening

Just received this light today. Opened the box and it includes instructions, light, remote, 4 AA Duracell batteries and the battery for the remote. Haven't used it in the woods yet but it works good here at the house. The only complaint I have is the description says up to 300 yds and it plastered all over the box that it has a 150 yd range. So I don't understand the discrepancy of the description to the product.
