Anchor the Zippers.

It does its job. It could be improved on. The weak spot on the unit is the two zippers. A small tethering or latching system to hold the zippers down would extend the units live greatly. The wind causing the front to flap slowly lifts the zippers, then it gets behind the door and starts damaging the whole unit.
