The previous version felt much puffier and fuller, so you could use it longer before needing to change it. The new ones remind me more of the blue versions because they feel thinner and don’t seem to hold nearly as much dust. For the price, it honestly doesn’t feel worth it anymore. A lot of my friends who also own cleaning businesses have actually started buying the off-brand versions online because they’re getting basically the same results now.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not what I expected

They are horrible! Picks up less dust and not as fluffy as the previous ones. Less fibre and the plastic holder sticks out of the other end of the refill. Also the packaging shows the previous product but it actually is the newer version, not like the picture on the box. Bring back the previous 360 dusters!

Traps built up dust so well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great on surfaces with a lot of dust build up. I love using them on fan blades, book shelves, anywhere that doesn’t get much attention. The swiffer dusters trap and hold on to all the dust that just gets pushed around with other methods of cleaning.

I like this product to clean the dust. It really gets all the dust in my house that I only use one at the time. Use it and throw it away. I use it and recommend it.

Cheapened product

I don’t even know if I want to give it a one. I have been using swiffer 360 duster and refills for my cleaning business for 33 years. I have always been happy with the original yellow refills. Then a few years back they decide to add the white with the blue bumps which basically is a chamois cloth which works with water when washing something it is not made for dust! Now they put in the blue plastic backing. When was the last time plastic picked up dirt or dust. It’s probably 98% plastic. I believe swiffer has put their greed ahead of what we come to know and trust they have cheapened this product greatly. I am highly disappointed in this company for putting their profit over our goods that we pay good money for. I can no longer support swiffer for this reason and it’s sad because for 33 years I was very happy. See ya swiffer. 😡
