Great Performance and Excellent Customer Service

I bought this model over a year ago and after 6 months, I noticed that the batteries had died. I didn't replace the batteries for a few months and when I eventually did, they only lasted a few weeks. I contacted customer support and they asked me for a picture of my thermometer and for a receipt. I sent the information and they quickly replaced my unit at no charge. The customer service was excellent and I have had no problems at all with the replacement. I find it very accurate and very easy to use.
