This is good product, however the star rating is for Canadian Tire for having it on the shelves expired. I didn't realize until after using it and having my jams not set. I had bought 4 and used 2- ruined $40 worth of peaches. Returned the other 2, didn't even receive an apology for selling expired product or for the Inconvenience - the shelves remained full of expired pectin.
