Really sucks to not receive all of the attachments! No power, No heat!

I purchased this for a gift. When the recipient opened it - no power pack so it does not heat up! It will be returned. I don't understand as it was shipped aand double boxed by someone at Canadian tire - did they not check on the product before shipping? So, So disappointing! And a waste of time and shipping expense.

Q: How does the vest fit. Is it close to real size or does it run smaller or larger?

A: I bought a mens XL as I had tried on a Large but it was too tight around the hips to zipper up. I bought a mens as I figured the ladies would not be big enough. The sizes are smaller than marked but everything is now adays.
