Napoleon Grill is Ok

I’ve had this grill for a few weeks now, and overall it works really well. I purchased it from Canadian Tire, and although it arrived damaged out of the box, Canadian Tire did provide the replacement parts needed for the repairs. One issue I’ve noticed is that the cooking grates don’t seem to fit properly. The grate on the far left only sits on the back support by about an eighth of an inch, so it easily slips off when cleaning or if it’s bumped — which is especially frustrating when there’s food on it. The grate on the far right also slides off, though in a different way and with more movement required. I have photos of both issues if you’d like to see them. I’ve been trying to purchase a griddle for the BBQ, but with the current fitment problems, I’m hesitant to order one online in case it doesn’t fit and needs to be returned. Aside from the grate issues, this is a great BBQ. We cook everything on it, and the rotisserie attachments we bought work perfectly.

I love it. No flare ups and everything comes out juicy. I took one star off because the grates don't sit tight and often one of them will fall into the BBQ when I'm cleaning it
