This Shelf Set Should Be Shelved

I bought this and it required assembly. Sadly, the manufacturer shipped the box with one wrong shelf - rendering assembly impossible. After an hour of trying all possible combinations to put it together, i called Canadian Tire and they were aware of the issues. They directed me to come back to the store to get the proper part. Although Canadian Tire staff were helpful, three hours of my time was wasted and much frustration. The manufacturer knows about this error - no reason why this product should be for sale. It should be shelved.

Instructions were hard to follow, holes had to be drilled as they were missing. But once together its just as it should be. Very sturdy too
