Good seed. Starts sprouting fairly quickly if you keep them damp for the first few days.

I had good success this year with this product. Mixed it with soil in my wheelbarrow and used it to patch dead areas. Took just over 2 weeks for the grass to come up, with rain and watering. But came up thick and strong. Will use again.
