Crack in the main body

Purchased as Christmas present for my daughter. Did the initial filling routine only to discover my counter full of water as there was a thin crack in the body. Hopefully a return/replacement won’t be an issue.

If you prefer keeping it on the counter, please keep it in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Also, replace any filtered water that sits for several days or more and wash your pitcher once a week.
