Poor help with product from Brits

I changed filter as directed and went to reset light as directed and nothing happened , waited and tried several times , nothing and I can’t find any trouble shooting or ways to contact Brita to address this issue

The quality of the material is very cheap. The handle was not fitting properly as the small plastic cannector was broken before using the pitcher.
