I bought the product two weeks ago. It fills with water and has no drain. It makes a loud noise when water accumulates inside, and its cooling is weak. I had to make a hole in its body to drain the water.

Attention, Canadian Tire n'a pas mis les bonnes données sur son site web. Les dimensions en pouces du climatiseur sur le site web sont : 12,99 pouces de profondeur, 17,52 pouces de longueur et 18,50 pouces de largeur. Voici les vrais dimensions approx : 16 pouces de largeur, 12 pouces de hauteur et 13,5 pouces de profondeur. Le modèle est beaucoup réduit par rapport aux 2-3 années passer. Il pousse comme un 5000 btu, la fan est très petite. Refroidit tout juste une chambre à coucher. Vous devez acheter un 8000 btu pour avoir l'équivalent d'un 6000 btu acheter dans les 2-3 années précédentes. Réduflation, fausses représentations, honte à vous Canadian tire de vendre des produits sans même fournir les bonnes données. L'excuse de : bien monsieur, nous on n'est pas responsable des données de spécifications fournies par le fabricant...ça passe plus en 2026. Prenez vous responsabilités, c'est VOUS CANADIAN TIRE qui vendez la marchandise. Je songe à retourner l'article et acheter ailleurs.

For some reason, this air conditioner makes a very, very loud screeching. Noise at the beginning for the first 7 to 5 minutes. I thought it was defective. But I brought it back, and I switched it out for the same model. This model is even worse. The screeching noise lasts at least 15 minutes when I turn on the compressor.
