Q: I have tp04. It is saying i need to replace carbon filter?  Only one of the two filters reset on the machine. What is going on? Do i need another piece? Am i missing something?

  • A: You need to follow the questions on your machine. You have to reset the first filter then reset the second filter. You do not need another piece. Just make sure you follow through on all the questions on your machine.

  • A: Sorry, don’t know.  We have a different model and the filters were returned as they did not fit our model.  You might be able to check on the Dyson website to see what models this filter will fit.  We ended up ordering directly from Dyson as CanTire didn’t carry the filters we needed for our model.
