I bought these online and after the first wash they started showing rust spots. I contacted lagostina right away and they said it was pitting from misuse. Had to argue to get a refund then they wanted me to pay a restocking fee to return them. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Pots are beautiful, but I am disappointed. Even closely following the use and care directions, the pot I cook pasta in has stained. I understand hard water can discolour the metal, but where a bit of food stuck to the bottom there is an unsightly stain which has the appearance of rust.
