The product was damaged and returned it to the store for a replacement. Unfortunately just about the entire rack of frying pans were damaged. Only 2 on the shelf were I damaged. Unbelievable that these were displayed in this condition. Very poor management practices.

I bought the pan approximately three weeks ago and it is perfect. Great size and cooks food perfectly. Can go from stove top to oven which is amazing. No food sticking and cleanup is great. Happy I decided to purchase.
