Il est hyper difficile, voire même quasi impossible, de démonter le capuchon pour le nettoyer convenablement. Juste pour cela, je ne rachèterais pas cet article ni le recommanderais.

Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé le bouchon difficile à démonter pour le nettoyage. Nous comprenons à quel point il est important de pouvoir nettoyer toutes les pièces en profondeur, et combien il peut être frustrant lorsque ce processus s'avère laborieux.

Pour faciliter le nettoyage, nous vous suggérons d'essayer de faire tremper le bouchon dans de l'eau chaude savonneuse pendant quelques minutes afin de décoller les éventuels résidus, puis d'utiliser une petite brosse ou un outil de nettoyage pour accéder aux zones les plus étroites.

No Instructions That are Readable - Total Fail!

No manual - ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! The only documentation was a cardboard collar glued/taped to the outside of the tumbler at purchase. No matter what we tried we could not get the collar off cleanly. It was stuck on and it took a very careful application with a small blade to get it off. Even then, about a 1/4 of it tore. The inside of this now damaged collar contained the only instructions. The printing was microscopic! My vision is not poor, but I do need reading glasses to read small print - this print was so small that I had to combine my reading glasses with a magnifying glass! Even then, IT WAS STILL TOO SMALL TO MAKE OUT WITHOUT DIFFICULTY! I went online to get a manual/instructions and they DO NOT EXIST accept for a brief animation without accompanying dialog. This is a brand new purchase - the tumbler itself appears to be well-made, so we're hoping that we'll end up liking it. But, without instructions, I can give no product a good grade, no matter how well it is made. I would also mention that we were unable to register our purchase as this item isn't included in your product list for that purpose.

Horrible Lid Design

Horrible design! Fiddled with it for hours and the lid still couldn’t be put back together, even with two pairs of hands, two needle nose pliers, and tons of tork to reassemble it. Shouldn’t have to hire a mechanic to put it back together…it’s not an automobile, for God sake!

No, I do not recommend this product.
