J’ai acheté ce produit par pure hasard dans la rangé d’attente pour passer à la caisse. WoW j’ai acheté ça car j’étais un peu tanné de changer l’eau et laver le bol des chats très régulièrement et malgré ça, j’en avais un qui préférait boire du bol de toilette ou si possible du robinet. Quand j’ai vue l’autre boîte de l’assiette dessous les plantes en attendant de les mettre à l’extérieur et que la…. J’ai vue ce produit en spécial en plus.. ahhh bien je me suis dit pourquoi pas essayer!?..bien WOW c’est silencieux, ça vient avec un principe simple mais très efficace et même des filtres…. L’eau est toujours en circulation, claire et maintenant les deux, ne boivent que de ce produit ce qui est pour moi une confirmation que ce produit est excellent.

My cat has taken up an old habit in her geriatric years. She splashes water out of the bowl for entertainment. I bought this thinking that if she had running water, that might entertain her instead. I was wrong. I bought a big wash basin to put the bowl in. That seems to hand stopped her somewhat. Now, she knocks the slide part off. I can't win. Good bowl, though

Q: I bought this fountain the end of December 2022. I have found that there is water that is always on the floor. Not sure where it is coming from. Has anyone had this happen before? How do I stop this?

  • A: Yes. I had this until I read the reviews here and one person said that there is a slider on the pump that can turn down the water flow. I turned it down and no more water on the floor.

Q: Can a replacement pump be ordered? I bought this fountain 4 - 5 months ago and the pump just quit.

  • A: i don't know, but any small submersible water pump will work. we had a larger metal cat fountain for 10 years. and went through 3 pumps before the thing rusted out.

Q: Hi I just purchased one of your Petco waterslide classic pet Fountain I just wanted to know how often do I fill it like does it go down by itself without the cat drinking it or when my cat drinks it how often do I fill it everyday to that line

  • A: Some will evaporate and some will be consumed by the cat. Keep it relatively full, and if it starts gurgling or water stops coming out the top fill it RIGHT AWAY because the pump is running dry.
