We had to return this cart after a few days. When trying to assemble the unit we noticed there was a buildup of rust and dust on a few of the parts and the hole on one of the lower bars was so large that the screw just fell out. Unfortunately, we did not take any photos.

Terrible to put together, fire the designer.

This is the most frustrating poorly designed anything I have ever put together, for reference I have put together many ikea and similar furniture/shelving, and none of of them have ever been so poorly made. The screws don’t fit where they are supposed to, you have to force it together just to make it fit. Who ever designed this need to be fired immediately.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Hello, I bought one today at Eaton Centre. Everything seems ok but the locks on the wheels don't work at all. I tried to twist the locks both ways (ON/OFF) but they didn't lock the wheels in place. Am I missing something?

A: Found the answer myself. After looking at this clip by CanadianTire https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFZnzVIdmEc (at 1:20), I can conclude that my wheels (brakes) are broken. So my question changes to this one: can I bring just the wheels in to exchange or do I need to disassemble the whole thing and bring them back to the store to exchange?

Q: The second shelf keeps sliding to the bottom shelf. I believe it’s supposed to hold up to 20lbs but it slides down even with just a curling iron in it. Is there a way to keep slelf up?

A: If the center shelf doesn’t stay in position, remove the side plate, use a plier and the rounded side bend inward a little, that will fix the problem.

A: Shelves have been tested for 9kg, but if you drop them in the baskets, this is a much greater force than 9kg.
