Acheter pour la première fois en 2021.
Cette année 2025 je remarque que le fond des chaudrons devient bombé et que la surface n’est plus plat. Je trouve ma facture et fait un demande de garantie à paderno.
Il accepte la garantie et me demande de faire l’échange avec un kit tout neuf.
Malheureusement je m’aperçois que le revêtement des nouvelles poêle et chaudron s’use seulement en frottant avec un papier mouchoir. Même après avoir lavée la poêle a 3 reprise il reste toujours un résidu. Je réécrit à parderno et voici leur réponse: mais la raison pour laquelle cela se produit est que l'essuie-tout, bien qu'il semble doux, est en fait assez abrasif. Il est composé de minuscules particules abrasives et peut rayer la surface, provoquant ainsi le décollement de la teinture. Veuillez ne pas utiliser d'essuie-tout pour essuyer/sécher vos poêles antiadhésives. Il est recommandé d'utiliser un torchon.
Le revêtement est un revêtement antiadhésif à base de PTFE, sans PFOS ni PFOA. Il est conforme aux exigences réglementaires canadiennes en matière de manipulation sécuritaire des aliments et a été testé pour garantir qu'aucune substance nocive ne s'échappe lors d'une utilisation normale et recommandée du produit.
Je ne suit vraiment pas convaincu de leur réponse et je n’utilisera pu leur kit par peur que ces résidu migre dans notre nourriture.

A: Yes the cookware is set up for induction. After we purchased our cookware, we performed a check on the cookware as advised by the stove manufacturer. We had a booklet advising how to do this. The cookware had a very high rating for use. We have had our cookware for over a year now and have had no issues.

Q: is this set dishwasher safe?

A: No - I wash the lids in the dishwasher but it says not dishwasher safe on the bottom of the pans. I didn’t see it initially and putting them in the dishwasher definitely seemed to affect the nonstick properties of the dish. That and heating up the pan without food or oil can wreck the pan. But they are excellent pans aside from having to wash them by hand (not an issue since nothing sticks to them!).

A: If you read the booklet documentation that came with your pan set, you completely void your warranty if you put these through the dishwasher.
