I like this grill pan. Have not had it long but have used it several times. Pork chops, salmon, veggie burgers…
It does make nice grill marks on the food. The pan is big. I use my biggest burner on the stove and still the square corners hang over. But the food cooks well. The non-stick surface seems good with just a small spray of nonstick or a bit of oil. Haven’t tried it dry.

A: Absolutely nothing wrong with this pan. Been using it for the last year or so, grills anything you can think of real nice and leaves those awesome grill marks on your food. I will definitely buy another one when this one wears out!
