Seats stay wet.

I bought this set and returned it. The chairs do not dry after getting wet. It is a beautiful set but not suitable for outdoors. Lol Hi

Horrible customer service

Box was missing the instructions and assembly kit. Took it to our lake in British Columbia from Calgary, only to figure that out. Manager at Calgary south land & Macleod was rude and dismissive and wouldn’t help us because it was purchased online and not at his store. Ended up returning at another location. Awful experience. Worst customer service.

Q: Because the table and chairs are steel rather than aluminum (cost reduction), they are subject to rusting - correct? Furthermore, there is little mention of the fabric, i.e., for UV protection and mold and mildew resistance. Please comment
