Damaged at time of Manufacturing

There is a very noticeable flaw in the coating of one of the arms. It was the last piece we put together - so the thought of returning was overwhelming. We called CANVAS and the replacment piece is backordered until August. So we have to endure the flaw until then. Also begs the question, how long before another piece gets damaged. I work too hard for my money to set up a piece that looks terrible. It came this way out of the box - it wasnt a floor model and certainly wasnt damaged at time of unpackaging.

Comfortable and solid

Bought 3 weeks ago. Assembly was easy. There was a tear on one of the chair seats due to shipping damage but Canadian Tire swapped out the one piece very easily and didn't require me to return/exchange the entire thing so that was appreciated. Cushions are very comfortable and the build quality of everything is great.
