So Far, So Good!

We love this gazebo so far. The instructions were straight forward and assembly was doable with just the two of us and a couple of ladders. I would recommend having 3-4 people to make the frame set-up easier but we were able to put this together in a couple of days and working at a leisurely pace. One issue we ran into is a lot of the hardware was defective. Even with the extra hardware included, we just had enough to complete it. Ours also did not come with the pictured gutters, which is disappointing but not a deal breaker. We have had it set up for a few weeks so far. It worked well in heavy rain - no leaks! Have not seen how it will do in wind or snow yet but it seems well-made and we were careful to not chip the finish during assembly. Overall- pleased with it. It will be interesting to see how it does in the winter months.

Easy set up

Took a full day for 3 of us to assemble working at a casual pace. Was hoping CANVAS made a mosquito netting to fit but they do not. Will have to put together 2 universal nets as most only come as large as 10X12. It seems to have done well over the winter, this year will be our first summer really using it as intended.

Yes, I recommend this product.

The gazebo is well made and easy to assemble. It would be nice if it had an option for screens and curtains. Just too bad CTC didn't give full CTC money on the purchase.

Q: You indicated that it does not come with mosquito netting but that it is built to have the netting. Can you explain what does this mean: does it have the rails/tracks to put hooks? What type of mosquito netting can be purchased for this gazebo?

Q: What is the snow load capacity? How about rain, what is the drainage like?

  • A: The snow load of the whole product is 1.6 tons. The outer rim of the beam is the flume. The effect of running water is direct outflow, there is no problem under heavy rain, there will not be too much water.
