Belles chaises, mais difficiles à assembler

Les chaises sont belles et confortables. Ceci dit, l'assemblage est difficile principalement parce que les trous souffrent d'un problème d'alignement. Il faut bien veiller à ne pas tout serrer les vis avant d'avoir fini, mais même avec cette précaution, ça reste difficile d'aligner les trous.

Serious manufacturing defects, finished product ok

One of the two I purchased had fairly serious build quality/QA issues that I couldn't properly assemble it. The other assembled ok (still not very well thought out, takes a long time, and tolerances are very wide). As a chair, they are fine, and the cushions are well-made, but it's a roll of the dice on quality.

  • A: At the time we bought, last spring, Canadain Tire offer 2 types of covers for the product. One for chair one for love seat. Hopefully Canadain still offers.

Q: Hello. We are looking into this chair and the accompanying love seat. We are larger people and wondering on fitment for larger adults. Can you also state the measurements of the seat and back cushions please?

  • A: This choice of outdoor chair and loveseat were bought because my husband is 6’5” and 255lbs. It is ideal for larger people, very sturdy and great quality. I don’t have the dimensions of the cushions at the moment. Highly recommend getting the ottoman to go with it!

Q: When it rains really heavily, do these chair cushions get soaked or does the water run off of them? Asked another way, will the cushions be dry enough to sit on thirty minutes after a thunderstorm or will they need to dry overnight? Thanks!

Q: Do the seat covers come with a zipper so they can come off to be washed?

  • A: Yes, the seats have a zipper and cover can come off them. The back pillow and the foot stool does not have a zipper. We use our set everyday and we have not encountered a problem with marks. We have two chairs, two ottoman and a loveseat. Fabric seems to be protected quite well. We have dogs that have jumped up and have not left noticeable dirt marks. Love the shade of gray .... Pretty forgiving and a nice backdrop for colourful pillows :)

Q: Can I leave this outside in winter covering by plastic sheets as I dont have space inside my home?

  • A: I would bring the cushions in if you have room, if not place them in heavy garbage bags, then buy the chair cover for the chair from Canadian tire, secure the cover around the legs and keep removing the snow if that happens!! Enjoy!
